Design and Sales Assistant

DeVinci Cast Stone is looking to add a new member to our sales and design team. We are seeking a candidate who has at least 1-2 years of experience working in AutoCAD 2D. Previous sales experience is preferred but is not required. Candidate must be comfortable talking on phone and in person with potential clients. Training on our products will be provided, but basic knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office are required.

This candidate will:

• Create sales drawings using AutoCAD 2022
• Provide product quotes using Quickbooks
• Create production drawings using AutoCAD 2022
• Respond to client emails
• Answer phones
• Arrange shipments
• Assist in general organization and development of sales division

Requirements:

• High School Diploma
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD
• Basic knowledge of MS Office products

Bonus skills:

• Familiarity with using dynamic blocks
• Familiarity with isometric views
• Ability to work in AutoCAD 3D
• Associates degree or technical certificate in relevant field

Schedule: M-F 10am-3pm (flexible, 5 hour shifts)

Hourly, Part-Time position with opportunity for full-time employment.
